Blackstrap diet is for healthy nutritive sweetener. There is a new ish product on the market call Whey Low. Ketogneic is soluble at higher temperatures and great for candy sugar but I haven’t tried it. It’s just a concentrated form sugar the umami flavor, as for is a concentrated ketogenic of the salty flavor. I was using it a lot, diet now I won’t so much when I have so ketogenic other natural alternatives.

We use a variety of sweeteners in our keto recipes, none of them will throw you out of ketosis. All of the sweeteners and sugar substitutes that we use in our recipes are natural and healthier than sugar. Both artificial and natural sweeteners have varied intensities and flavors. Erythritol along with erythritol blends is our most used sweetener in cooking; we keep plenty of it on hand due to its easiness on the stomach, and clean sweetness no aftertaste. Erythritol is a keto-friendly sweetener that we use liberally in our recipes particularly in our low-carb desserts that require a crumbly consistency.

Share Follow us. Most people on low-carb find that once they get used to the diet, the cravings for sugar go away. Many even claim not to use any sweeteners at all. However, you may find it hard to give up sweets, especially at the beginning. I’ve been researching for natural low-carb sweeteners as well as other healthy alternatives to sugar. As always, there are many sweeteners you should avoid. I personally avoid using sweeteners regularly and only use them for occasional treats. In fact, most of my recipes in the KetoDiet App and my cookbooks don’t include any sweeteners at all.
